Fabula Facilis: Apicula et Iuppiter

Apicula laborat,
sed homines mel sibi auferunt.
Apicula hoc aegre fert!
Favos ergo,
elegantissime constructos,
Iovi offert, dicens,
"O Iuppiter,
hoc munus tibi do,
ut
aculeo meo vim letiferam des!"
Iuppiter eius immanitate
offensus est,
et
bestiolae sic respondet,
"Immo potius:
tibi
letiferam vim tribuam,
sed, una cum illo,
tibi vita relinquenda est."
