Fabula Facilis: Vipera et Auceps.

Venator quidam viscum et harundines sumit.
Venatum exit.
Turdus in arbore procera considit.
Venator turdum in arbore considentem videt.
Calamos inter se in longitudinem iungit.
Oculos ad turdum levat.
Ipsum capere exoptat.
Sed vipera sub eius pedibus iacet.
Nescius viperam premit!
Vipera exasperata ipsum mordet.
Illa, iamiam deficiens, inquit,
"Me miserum!
Alium venari volui,
sed ab alio ad mortem raptus sum!"

This story is based on 623. Vipera et Auceps.
