Fabula Facilis: Equus Circensis Molae Iugatus

Equus senior venumdatus est,
farinam molere compellatus.
Vesperam totam
molae iugatus est, misellus,
et suspirans dicit,
"Cursibus ex qualibus
quales in gyros
propter farinulas compellatus sum!"
Fabula docet:
Noli superbire nimium
prae iuvenilis vigoris ferocia;
multorum senectus
inter labores consumpta est.

This story is based on 275. Equus Circensis Molae Iugatus.
