Fabula Facilis: Camelus et Iuppiter

Camelus se despicit, querulus dicens,
"Tauri geminis cornibus insignes sunt.
Illi armati eunt, sed ego inermis,
obiectus ceteris animalibus.
Te oro, o Iuppiter: cornua mihi dona!"
Iuppiter cameli stultitiam ridet.
Eius votum negat et auriculas decurtat!
Fabula docet:
Esto contentus tua Fortuna;
multi, meliorem secuti, peiorem incurrunt.
